Fletcher King, acting as asset managers on behalf of a retained family trust, are pleased to have recently completed a new 10 year lease to STV International Limited on a newly refurbished logistics property in Fengate Drove, Brandon, Norfolk.

Having negotiated an early surrender premium and dilapidations settlement with the former tenant, our team instructed and oversaw a comprehensive refurbishment of the site to provide good quality logistics space achieving a significantly enhanced rent and capital value in the process. Many thanks to our letting agent Richard Pyatt at Hazells for his work with us in sourcing the new tenant.
