Fletcher King are pleased to confirm that Oak Tyres are taking a new five year lease of unit 1 at Tenax Cross.

On behalf of the Landlord we look forward to undertaking a significant refurbishment of the unit in readiness for the start of Oak Tyres lease.  These works will continue to underline the quality of product which was started 25 years ago in such a prominent location in Trafford Park.
