Accurate, informed property valuations form a vital part of most businesses. We act for property companies, lending institutions, pension funds, private investors, developers and owner / occupiers and provide clear, robust advice drawing on extensive market knowledge and our up to date research of land and property transactions throughout the UK.
Our team of RICS registered valuers undertakes valuations throughout central London and the UK. We cover all commercial sectors, and pride ourselves on our experience across a wide spectrum of fields – from schools and healthcare to car showrooms.
Asset Valuation
We undertake asset valuations for investment funds, property companies and pension funds for portfolio performance purposes. Valuations are also undertaken for account purposes, feasibility studies & expert witness litigation.
Loan Security
Valuations are carried out for banks and other financial institutions to establish the suitability for security of loans. Fletcher King is represented on the valuation panels of most UK clearing banks, a large number of overseas banks and other financial institutions lending on property and land throughout the UK.
Taxation
We provide advice and valuations for Income and Corporation Tax, Capital Allowances, Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax purposes. Negotiations can be undertaken with the Inland Revenue to mitigate clients’ tax liabilities.
Development Appraisals
We regularly undertake commercial and residential development appraisals for acquisition and disposal purposes, working closely with our Monitoring Surveyors during the development programme.
Compulsory Purchase
We manage the preparation of claims resulting from the compulsory acquisition of land on behalf of clients and negotiate with the acquiring authority.
