Client brief

To achieve planning permission for the construction of a substantial extension to an industrial warehouse unit with ancillary office accommodation.

 

Outcome

Planning permission secured for an extension measuring 2,481 sq m (35% uplift in floorspace); together with the provision of ancillary office accommodation, car parking, trees, landscaping, and replacement car parking on a separate plot of (undeveloped) land falling within the estate.
